Cancellation Policy

Just In The Details Booking Policy 1. Maintenance Plan Requirement: For vehicles enrolling in our Maintenance Plan, a full detailing by Just In The Details must be completed no longer than one month prior to plan enrollment to ensure optimal results and quality of service. 2. Appointment Scheduling: All appointments for detailing services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance. 3. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. 5. Service Inclusions and Limitations: Our detailing packages primarily focus on interior and exterior detailing services. Each package may include a combination of services such as leather rejuvenation, paint corrections, and ceramic coatings. Any additional services beyond the scope of the chosen package may incur extra charges. 6. Liability: Just In The Details is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear on the vehicle. We take utmost care during the detailing process; however, we recommend removing any personal or valuable items from the vehicle before the service. Just In The Details shall not be liable for any damage or loss of such items during the detailing process. 7. Environmental Factors and Ceramic Coatings: Ceramic coatings provide long-lasting protection against environmental contaminants, UV rays, and more. However, the effectiveness of the coating may vary depending on the vehicle's usage, maintenance, and exposure to harsh environmental conditions. Just In The Details does not guarantee the longevity of the ceramic coating due to these factors. 8. Termination and Modification: Just In The Details reserves the right to terminate or modify any detailing package or service at any time due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued. 9. Governing Law: This Booking Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA.
